A New Year's Eve to Remember!
Celebrate the start of the new year in style with our exclusive Rooftop New Year's Eve Arrangement.

Dine at new heights with breathtaking views of Rotterdam’s skyline and harbor at our Rooftop Restaurant 16th. With a 360º panoramic view of South Holland, surrounded by thousands of twinkling lights, this will be an unforgettable evening. Let us treat you to an exceptional New Year’s celebration, fully taken care of down to the last detail.

Our culinary team, led by Chef Gijs Verbeek, will dazzle you with their specially crafted 10-course amuse dinner, complemented by seasonal winter cocktails. The all-inclusive drinks menu features a variety of wines, beers, and cocktails, available throughout the evening.

The evening begins with a warm welcome at 19:30, followed by an exquisite dinner program, live music, entertainment, and a DJ to keep the celebration going. At midnight, we’ll toast to the new year, after which you’ll enjoy delicious bitter snacks and traditional Dutch oliebollen until 2:00 AM.

Take your time the next morning—sleep in and enjoy late checkout until 12:00 PM, followed by our luxurious New Year’s Brunch to start 2025 right.

  • 18:30-19:30: Arrival
  • 19:30-22:30: Dinner
  • 22:30-02:00: Party Time!

Good to Know:

  • Seating: Every guest is guaranteed a seat, ranging from bar stools to table seating. Specific preferences cannot be reserved.
  • Package Only: Reservations are exclusively available as a package including an overnight hotel stay. We do not accept table-only reservations on December 31, 2024.
  • Allergies: Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements when booking your reservation, as this is crucial for the 10-course menu. For questions, contact us at rooftop@schiedam.valk.nl.
  • Cancellations: Free cancellation is available until December 1, 2024. Cancellations between December 1-15 will incur a charge of 60% of the total value, and after December 15, 100%.
  • Payment: Full payment is required upon booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policy.
  • Dress Code:Cocktail attire is requested for the evening.
