• Can special dietary requirements or allergies be accommodated, such as halal, kosher, or nut-free?

  Yes, we are happy to accommodate dietary requirements and allergies. We kindly ask that these are communicated prior to the meeting or reservation.

• How can guests request a copy of their invoice after departure?

  A digital invoice will be sent to the billing details registered with us after the meeting or event has taken place.

• How can guests request a VAT specification after departure?

  Upon request, we can provide a pro forma invoice showing the VAT breakdown before the event. After the meeting, we can also send a digital VAT specification.

• When is a reservation considered a group booking?

  Reservations of 10 rooms or more are treated as group bookings. From that point onward, all communication will be handled by our Sales Department rather than the reception.

• Which terms and conditions apply to group bookings?
