Experience the varying selection of hot and cold dishes at our Live Cooking Lunch Buffet.

From Monday to Saturday, you are very welcome to join us for our delicious live cooking lunch buffet from 12:00 to 14:00. During the buffet, we offer a wide and varied selection of dishes. Enjoy a fresh soup of the day, an assortment of rolls and breads, various salads and cold cuts, and a wide selection of toppings and spreads.

In addition, our chefs prepare a selection of hot dishes fresh to order, allowing you to enjoy freshly prepared and flavourful dishes. A selection of fresh whole fruit and a refreshing fruit salad is also available.

Coffee, a variety of teas, fruit juices and smoothies are included in the buffet.

Every Saturday, the selection is expanded with an extensive dessert buffet, featuring a variety of sweet treats to round off your lunch in a delicious way.

Pricing Information

• Price per adult: Monday to Friday €27.50 – Saturday €32.50
• Price per child (4–11 years): Monday to Saturday €17.50
• Price per child (0–3 years): Free of charge
• High chair: Available upon request

The live cooking buffet is always subject to availability. In the event of insufficient demand, Van der Valk Hotel Schiedam reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the reservation.

During public holidays, different rates apply. The current price can be found in your reservation overview.

Our rates are based on age categories. If, due to personal circumstances, you are unable to fully participate in the buffet, the children's rate will not apply.
