Our talented chefs and their team are ready to prepare the most delicious fish and meat specialties for you, freshly cooked to order.

You can also enjoy an extensive selection of hot and cold dishes, carefully prepared using the freshest ingredients. From sushi and tender meats to a variety of fresh salads. And what would a perfect dinner be without a sweet ending? Treat yourself to our delicious dessert buffet, offering a wide selection of tempting treats.

To complete the experience, we have created a drinks package included with our buffet. Enjoy a selection of house wines, beers (Heineken draft beer and Radler), soft drinks, fruit juices, coffee and delicious tea.

Good to know:

• The live cooking buffet is open every Saturday from 17:00 to 21:00.
• The drinks package is available from 17:00 to 22:00.
• During our live cooking evenings, we organize fun and educational cooking activities for children.

Pricing:

• Adults: Saturday €59.50
• Children (4–11 years): Saturday €32.50
• Children (0–3 years): Free of charge
• High chair: Available upon request

The live cooking buffet is always subject to availability. In the event of insufficient demand, Van der Valk Hotel Schiedam reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the reservation.

Our rates are based on age categories. If, due to personal circumstances, you are unable to fully participate in the buffet, the children's rate will not apply.
